AFS licensee portal access
Australian financial services (AFS) licensees must use ASIC’s AFS licensee portal (eLicensing system) to lodge product disclosure statement (PDS) notifications and register managed investment 91AVs. Many lodgements that were previously made through the AFS licensee portal are now done through the ASIC Regulatory Portal.
Changes for AFS licensees
AFS licensees should note:
- All AFS licence transactions must now be submitted on the ASIC Regulatory Portal. See our Regulatory Portal access page.
- Any application or lodgement started but not submitted in the AFS licensee portal before 13 June 2025 must be restarted and submitted in the Regulatory Portal.
- AFS licensees must still use the AFS licensee portal to lodge applications to register managed investment 91AVs and PDS in-use notices.Ìý
- Credit licence applications and applications relating to registered company auditors must be made using the AFS licensee portal.
