The fees under the Business Names Registration (Fees) Act 2011 are indexed each year from 1 July based on any increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the previous March quarter.

The following table outlines the fees under the Business Names Registration (Fees) Act 2011 - Business Names Registration (Fees) Regulation 2022.
