Mr Gavin Hyland, 53,听of Alexandra Hills, QLD, has appeared before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on two charges of dishonestly misappropriating a total of $104,110 of investor funds,听with the intention of gaining an advantage for himself in breach of section 184(2)(a) of the Corporations Act.
Mr Hyland has been granted bail and released on his own undertaking. The matter will next be before the court on 24 June 2016.
The matter is being prosecuted by the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions.
